If you haven't received the order confirmation email in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. A: Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order.
A: Yes it can be modified. To modify your order just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll get in touch with you right away. Just make sure you contact us immediately because once the order is shipped it'll be impossible to make any modifications.

A: Yes, we do! Our teas are shipped straight from our warehouse all over the world. We've added a separate shipping section that provides all the details around our shipping partners and costs.
A: BrewNation strives to fulfil an order within 24 hours of receiving it. Although it will rarely happen, in case of a delay we'll be upfront & transparent in letting you know why. Plus give you a revised time line for delivery.
A: You can change the address of your order by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, just be sure to let us know before the order is shipped.
A: We'd be happy to take a cancellation request, just email us on email@example.com . Just make sure it's done before the order is shipped from our warehouse, which is typically within 24hrs of the order being placed. Once your tea has left our warehouse, it'll be impossible for us to cancel your order.
A: Once you've canceled your order, BrewNation will process the refund and the money will be credited back to your original mode of payment. This typically takes about 5-7 working days.
A: If we sent you the wrong order, just send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and our team will look into it right away. We'll just do a little validation at our end and send the correct shipment ASAP. And for the inconvenience caused we want you to keep the wrong order and enjoy it too! It may be the wrong order, but the Tea is just as good.
A: We're really sorry to hear that. We truly make an effort to bring you the best and freshest tea available but if you think that this time we really fell short of our promise, please send an email directly to email@example.com and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right for you.
A: Unfortunately, in this case, we do not allow returns. Tea is a perishable commodity and once the packaging is opened the freshness is compromised.
